We promise to provide all details possible about each piece of wood that we sell. Please ask all appropriate questions prior to making a purchase to ensure that you know what you are buying.
Whenever possible, we recommend personally hand selecting your lumber. We see imperfections as character, but know that every project is different and we wish for your complete satisfaction so please select carefully!
Remember, we currently use a solar kiln to dry our wood and some woodworkers feel it is not sufficient enough to kill pests.
Please be aware that due to the very busy nature of our operations, we only ship orders once per week. All orders will be shipped on Friday of the week they are received. Thank you for your understanding and thank you for your business!
